Cairn provides document organisation assistance and general educational information relating to retirement and pension arrangements. Our services are strictly organisational and informational in character. We do not:

• Assess your entitlements, eligibility, or personal circumstances.
• Act as your agent or representative with any government body, pension scheme, or financial institution.
• Provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
• Make applications, submissions, or enquiries on your behalf.
• Offer any form of regulated advisory service.

All steps following our sessions remain entirely in your hands. Where appropriate, we will point you toward official channels — government websites, embassy contacts, scheme helplines — so that you can take those steps yourself or with the assistance of a suitably qualified professional of your choosing.

Our services and fees

The following services are currently offered. Prices are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.

Fees are payable as agreed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to update prices; any change will be communicated before a session is confirmed.

Bookings and cancellations

A booking is confirmed once we have acknowledged it in writing (by email or telephone). We ask that any cancellation or rescheduling request be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service price.

If we need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances on our side, we will offer you an alternative date at no additional cost or a full refund of any deposit paid.

Your responsibilities

To get the most from our sessions, we ask that you:

• Bring or send us the documents you would like help organising in advance of the session where possible.
• Ensure any documents you share with us are copies rather than originals where this is practical.
• Seek independent professional advice for matters that go beyond document organisation or general information — for example, questions of entitlement, taxation, or legal standing.
• Use our website in accordance with applicable law and these terms.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, layouts, design elements, checklists, and reference materials produced by Cairn — is the property of Cairn unless otherwise indicated. You may download and print materials for your own personal, non-commercial use.
